He has worked will the full gambit of personalities from the mad entrepreneur to risk averse Chairmen intent on covering their backsides. He challenges risk awareness and appetites to improve upside outcomes while minimising the downside.

Simon has conducted a variety of assignments in Australia, Asia and Europe. He has  assisted business owners, directors and senior managers to review and improve the way in which they handle key management issues from both operational and strategic perspectives.

His specialists skills are in the arena of risk management and strategic decision making. He has developed and implemented a large number of risk management strategies along with their associated frameworks, policies, procedures, tools and technologies to achieve a set of common governance objectives.

Simon has held positions such as Director, MD Owner, Chief Risk Officer and spent some time as a CEO in both listed and non-listed environments. He has worked in a number of industries but much of his time has been spent in financial services or related industries.
