Harry uses 30 years practical experience in engineering, project management, manufacturing, production, lecturing, sales & marketing and executive management to deliver this.  This experience has been in small, medium and large environments and a wide range of industries.

Sales and Marketing experience ranges from simple components through to multi-million Dollar complex capital equipment.  Executive roles have been from second and third generation family companies through to multinationals and responsible for multiple countries.  He has also formally lectured at tertiary institutions as a full time profession as well.

Key strengths in business include; strategy, planning, sales & marketing, change management, the development of teams and individuals, turn around, cost reduction and profitability improvement.

He has an ability to understand complex business practices, systems and work-flows very quickly and is able to think laterally to identify improvement solutions.  He has strong analytical capabilities to identify business issues and root causes along with solutions. 

Harry is an internationally accredited business advisor and has formal engineering and management qualifications backed by years of practical experience that he puts to good use when helping organisations improve their effectiveness and ultimately their bottom lines.
