2011

  • Delivered Government sponsored workshops on competitive advantage and core competences in six regional centres.
  • Developed Strategy and Marketing Plan for health supplement and skin care manufacturer that includes high growth associated with entering new overseas markets.
  • Developed Marketing Plan and formal mentoring for an industrial supply company that included product rationalisation and development of new markets not previously targeted.
  • Developed Marketing Plan, formal mentoring and facilitated succession for a specialist sealing and insulation company.
  • Developed Strategy and Marketing Plan for a non‐ferrous foundry and specialist machining company.

     

2010

  • Developed Strategy and Marketing Plan for major engineering company looking to move into major projects in clean energy.
  • Developed Marketing Plan for a software developer that included taking the product overseas. This is now a growing segment of their business.
  • Developed Strategy, Marketing Plan and formal mentoring for a precision engineering company which included moving into new markets.
  • Developed Strategy for an iconic footwear manufacturer that had lost market share. Company has rationalised products and developed more current products and sales are growing.
  • Developed Strategy, Marketing Plan and mentoring for a specialist marine concrete restoration company. No longer reliant on one major client.
  • Developed Strategy, Marketing Plan and mentoring for a specialist tensioned membrane structure business.
  • Developed Marketing Plan and formal sales training for a well‐known major engine reconditioning company. Sales have improved on the back of recommendations of employing additional staff for team skills that were missing.
  • Developed Strategy and Marketing Plan for specialist hard wood timber manufacture that included additional products to complement existing range and smooth out demand.

     

2009

  • Formalised strategy and succession for a large utility service company and mentored and developed key senior staff. Company has also hired a professional executive manager as one of the recommendations and enjoyed significantly higher than industry average growth.
  • Developed Marketing Plan for an environmental product company that focused on similar product offering to new target market ‐ resulted in a significant increase in sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Developed Marketing Plan for a trade company that had lost 75% of its traditional market, this company in now trading profitably again with a refocus on product offering and target customers. 
  • Developed Strategy and Marketing Plan for a specialist rail equipment manufacturer, which included rationalisation and development of products to be more competitive.

     

2008

  • Developed Marketing Plan for a trade bindery to introduce a new product offering to existing and a potential new client base. Results include moderate growth in a slowing market.
  • Developed Marketing Plan for machine manufacturer that included exploring international markets. Results are an increase in year to date figures when compared to last year and the appointment of two agents.

     

2007

  • Developed Sales & Marketing Plan for a machinery and ingredient supplier that had recently entered Australian market that included the product rationalisation and criteria for a sales team. Results included sales in excess of budget and brand recognition in some cases as top 3 in the market.
